The Piaggio Vespa ET2 is a single cylinder, two-stroke scooter designed for the metropolitan commuter. It features a 49.3 cc air cooled engine and automatic centrifugal transmission. The ET2 has a single front disk and rear drum brake as well as a single hydraulic shock both front and rear for suspension. It weighs a relatively heavy for its class 92 kg (230 lbs) and has a fuel capacity of 9 liters. Due to its revolutionary two-stroke design, the Vespa ET2 does not require a catalytic converter to meet emission regulations.
